If you want the comfort of knowing exactly what your repair will cost you upfront, we can offer you Fixed Price Repair^. You get a firm price, over the phone. You don’t pay a penny extra for call out, parts, labour or VAT. The price we say is the price you pay.^ Plus, with Fixed Price repair you get a no fix, no fee guarantee meaning that if our engineer can’t repair your gas boiler, we’ll give you your money back.
We also offer Pay as You Go repairs from as little as £69* which covers call out and the first half hours labour. If further work is required the engineer will provide a quote for the additional time and materials required to repair your boiler. Labour costs are £45 per half hour plus the cost of any parts.

^Fixed Price Repair will cover costs up to the value of £600, if the value of the repair is greater than this, the engineer will provide an additional quotation. You will then pay your set fee plus the additional quote. Excludes repairing or replacing heat exchangers, hot water cylinders, radiators, or any blockages to your system
*£ 69 covers the cost of call out and the first half an hours labour, additional charges may apply for any parts required to complete the repair. Any additional time will be charged at a rate of £45 per an half hour. The engineer will provide you with a quote for any additional work and parts required to complete the repair. Payment will be required by debit or credit card in advance of any additional work being completed.
Customers are not able to switch between a pay as you go repair and a Fixed Price Repair once an engineer has visited the property.
