I pay by quarterly Direct Debit - am I entitled to a discount?
Yes. If you take your gas or electricity from npower and pay by quarterly Direct Debit throughout the year you'll receive a £10 annual discount*, or £40 annual discount if you take both.*
* £40 annual discount. Stay for 12 months, pay continuously by quarterly Direct Debit and you’ll get your discount. You get £40 if you take both electricity and gas, £10 if you buy just one fuel. Subject to availability.Related questions
