What is npower Spreading Warmth?
Our Spreading Warmth Programme offers help to those most in need such as the elderly, low income families, disabled and chronically sick. We offer help to manage your bills, keep warm and reduce energy costs.
The Spreading Warmth Tariff offers an annual discount of £250 (£125 per fuel) if you have a gross annual household income below £13,500 and someone in the household is: 60 or over, disabled, chronically sick, or a child under 16.
The Warm Response Service is available if you suffer from poor health, you're elderly, or you have a disability. It provides extra services such as large print, Braille or audio bills, a password scheme and quarterly meter reading.
Free Gas Safety Checks – If you own your own home we may be able to offer you a free gas safety check.
Energy efficiency advice - We also have specially trained staff who can offer free impartial advice on ways to save energy and cut your energy bills.
