The referral process

Referrals from trained key community workers are sent to HTW Area Co-ordinators who process them and seek the most appropriate solution to each individuals circumstances.

Eligibility for statutory grants and other funding is assessed and property surveys and benefit entitlement checks are arranged if needed. Each case is monitored and all relevant parties liaised with until conclusion.
